I will run the MTR-TM over one of the metals ETFs, but I think as TraderJoe said it will probably not work.

I don't know if the MTR would be a good trading strategy for copper and silver. I have been trading SLV if it breaks out to a 21 day high and selling it if it breaks down to a 14 day low. I have tested it with Metastock from 5/1/06 to the present and it has made 83% on 12 trades. Six were profitable and six were losers. Copper trading has made a little more than silver but it only has a year of data and it made 23 trades, 13 profitable and 10 losers. The copper system uses exponential moving averages. I am also experimenting with regression channels for trading silver and copper.
