Patrick,
Thanks. It looks good and I think it will give everybody a better idea of how close to the next up or down signal we are on a daily basis.

Hi,
The week-to-week change was greater than 4% but it did not trigger the down signal. What are the other factors being used for the signal? Where would I find the signal definition with all its factors? BTW, like the work you are doing. Big thanks.

Hello Ht....
I appreciate you posting your question.
The model is based on the 4% model but as you said there are other factors. One of the factors is the week over week trend of the MTR Indicator. The MTR Indicator is really just a week over week percentage change plotted to visually watch the trend. There are a few other factors. We have not decided to publish all the details at this time. Also we have revisited the rules because there are some gaps and periods when performance was less than disired. Since the model is based on week over week trends the system will never pick the exact top/bottom or exact turning point but overall it has worked well the past few years.
I really appreciate your comments. If you think this site would benefit any of your Friends please let them know about it.
Best Regards,
Patrick
